Martin Bradie is our Principal Broker & has held a Real Estate License since 1983, & Broker's License since 1985. He is a college graduate (New York University), a United States Army Veteran & was in the water treatment business in sales for many years prior to being in real estate. He has been active in the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors since 1985, & President of the Sunapee Board of Realtors in 1991, & elected Realtor of the Year in 1991, and again in 2007.  Served as President of the Multiple listing Service for the Sunapee Board in 1993, 94, & 95. And again served Sunapee Board of Realtors as President in 1999. Served as a Director of NHAR IN 1990 & 91, & again in 1998 & 99. During the 17 year span: 1990-present he has served & continues to served the Public Policy/Governmental Affairs Committee of NHAR, & is Chairman of the Pro-Active Legislative Committee for Public Policy/NHAR. Martin has been a member annually of the Million Dollar Plus Sales Club.

Margery Bradie, Broker Associate: has been a licensee in NH since 1983 & a Broker since 1985. She became a 'Real Estate Appraiser' in 1986 & is Licensed & Certified in NH & has her own business dba: Marbrad Appraisals since 1987, providing appraisal services for local banks, mortgage companies & attorneys. She is very familiar with the local surrounding areas, & has done hundreds of appraisal in the Sunapee area. She is a graduate of Hunter College in NYC, taught elementary school in New York prior to relocating to New Hampshire.

Linda B. Croteau: a Sudbury MA. resident, with strong ties to NH & the Sunapee Region is an owner of a townhouse in the Sunapee community of Granliden. She is both a Mass & NH real estate licensee, & a member of the Sunapee Board of Realtors. She is a graduate of University of New Hampshire/Durham, & formerly employed by Fidelity Investments/Boston.
